On 5/21/18, the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs adopted the regulations regarding accreditation and financial audits for health care service firms. ALL health care service firms MUST be accredited by 5/21/19 in order to renew their health care service firm license. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the agency license.
